The new CO2 Nozzle Array!

The CO2 Nozzle Array NA-XII-5 with a cleaning width of 200 mm was mainly developed for the pretreatment of plastic components in paint shops. 12 highly efficient, self-sufficient blasting systems are integrated in one processing head. With a total weight of only 3.9 kg and a height in the direction of flow of 134 mm, it can also be installed in tight spaces. Compared to annular gap nozzles from other suppliers, a higher cleaning quality can be achieved with lower CO2 consumption. Even in 24/7 continuous operation, the CO2 Nozzle Arrays from CryoSnow are wear- and maintenance-free. The CO2 consumption can be continuously adjusted by regulating pressure and temperature of the liquid CO2 supply.
